The product would cater to students at large.” The device will initially be launched at Kolkata and Chennai. TTSL will review customer response in these two cities and then take a call on a extending the service to other parts of the country in three months, “The penetration of television in metros is about 80 per cent, while the penetration of Internet ranges between eight and fifteen per cent. This leaves huge opportunity for the new device,” Mr Sanyal said.
