Karbonn Mobiles has launched a new dual-SIM touchscreen mobile Karbonn K1212 in the Indian market with an affordable price at Rs. 5,000. The handset has a 3.2 inch 320 x 400 pixel resolution display screen, has motion sensor feature, 3 mega pixel camera and personalized CD interface audio player to name a few. It also has interfaces providing quick access to popular social networking sites.

Nokia E7, C7 and C6 large touchscreen smartphones

The world’s biggest cellphone maker, Nokia bids a major revamp in its smartphone models by introducing Nokia E7, Nokia C7 and a new version of Nokia C6 with large touchscreens accompanying the latest Symbian software.
The new Nokia C6 comes with a new display technology known as ClearBlack Display (CBD). CBD is said to offer improved outdoor visibility. The display gives users another choice when choosing between Super-LCD, AMOLED and Apple’s Retina Display. The smartphone has an 8 MP camera, supports WebTV and has free Ovi Maps.
Nokia C7 is a lighter, thinner version of the C6. The smartphone offers largely all the same features as C6. Both the smartphones have a 3.5-inch screen and 8GB of onboard storage. HTC Wildfire Android 3G smartphone comes India with Reliance

HTC Corp., A Taiwan-based company in alliance with India’s Reliance Mobile has launched the ‘HTC Widlfire’ In India. The tie-up is exclusive meaning the handset is available only on the Reliance Mobile network. As a bundled offer on purchase of the handset, Reliance Communications is offering up to 500 MB of free data transfer every month for a period of six months. The HTC Wildfire will be retailing in India at Rs. 16,590
The HTC Wildfire is based Android platform, supports popular social networking sites and comes equipped with HTC Sense. The model has a 3.2” touch screen, a 5 megapixel camera with auto focus LED flash, FM radio, a media player. Operating on a Qualcomm processor this handset supports a flash memory of 512MB with 384MB RAM. Samsung has launched “Champ C3300” its cheapest touchscreen handset in Indian market. The Champ is not only cheap it’s also one of Samsung’s smallest touch screen lcd display handset, measuring 96 x 53.8 x 13 mm and featuring a 2.4 inch QVGA display with Memory support of upto 8GB. Champ C3300 is now available in Indian Market at Rs. 4,100 ( ~ 88$ )
The C3300 Champ Boasts a 2.4 inch QVGA screen, basic 1.3 MP camera, Various connectivity options like GPRS/EDGE ( No 3G) Bluetooth and USB. For Music it carries a 3.5 mm headset jack with resistive touch screen and FM radio. Like all Samsung feature phones, Champ also comes with a load of social networking tools & applications. Phone has a 1000 mAH battery which should deliver decent Talktime and Standby backup.
This new samsung mobile is indeed an affordable mobile with most of the multimedia features and it will Definitely instigate the ongoing war of Indian Mobile market in touch screen segment.
