Reliance Simply Suvidha An Emergency Credit facility for Prepaid Subscribers

Reliance Mobile India Largest Telecom operator has introduced a New Emergency Credit facility named as Simply Suvida – A Value Added Service exclusively for our Reliance Prepaid (Mobile & Hello) subscribers.
Availing Simply Suvidha, prepaid subscribers would be able to continue using specific VAS services uninterrupted despite having insufficient or negative core balance in their account. Automatically, a credit limit of Rs 5 /- to Rs 15 /- is extended to subscribers whose balance is insufficient (i.e. zero or negative) without the subscriber requesting the same.
However, the credit limit is calculated basis the following parametres – Total Voice Usage, VAS usage for last six months & Age on Network. No further upgrade of the above mentioned credit limit would be possible. In case any subscriber’s outgoing call is barred, this service would not be applicable.
