Uninor Self Help Services to avail recharge vouchers in AP

Uninor , leading GSM service provider in Andhra Pradesh launched self-help services marking the essence of Independence celebrations. Now customers have the right to chose and can avail recharge vouchers from their very own cell phone. This is the first time a GSM service provider is launching such a customized value added service in Andhra Pradesh.
To subscribe to a voucher, the customer would need to dial the USSD code *222*7* Cost of Voucher #. On dialing this, an amount equal to the voucher MRP would be deducted from the customer’s main balance and the voucher would be activated immediately. Uninor opens 7 Company Outlets and 18 Franchisee Outlets in AP

Uninor, the GSM mobile service brand of Unitech Wireless has launched 7 exclusive Company outlets across Andhra Pradesh – Hyderabad, Warangal, Vishakapatnam, Guntur and Kakinada. Uninor also has 18 Franchisee outlets and 40 Care Centres – all now operating successfully across Andhra Pradesh.
The look of the Uninor stores is reflective of all telenor stores worldwide. It will provide a whole gamut of Uninor services such as Prepaid, VAS, and GPRS services. The store hosts a state of the art Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) along with a wide range of handsets and accessories. Key differentiators of the Uninor store are the 24/7 ‘always mobile Kiosk’ and the ‘VAS kiosk’. The 24/7 ‘always mobile Kiosk’ enables the customer to recharge at any point in time while the VAS kiosk enables a customer to view an exhaustive list of VAS services and activate his preference instantly for e.g. caller tunes.
The Uninor store is operational six days of the week to facilitate its customers with all sales and customer service activities. Each Company Outlet employs 6 Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) and a Franchisee outlet employs 2 CREs. Uninor Real Customer Real Value rewards across Andhra Pradesh

Uninor, one of the youngest Telecom operator has organized a ‘Real Customer Real Value’ program which is been started from today i.e. May 6 to May 13 to reward retailers who have gained high usage customers over the past 3 months. This program is scheduled to take place every 90 days across 20 districts of Andhra Pradesh.
The award winning retailers were identified on the basis of Total recharge value and Customers’ age on network. The uniqueness of this program is that it is not given on the basis of the number of subscribers acquired but the usage of the subscribers on the network and the value they derive.

Uninor launched a new scheme offering calls between local Uninor subscribers in Andhra Pradesh for as low as 3.2 paise per minute. The new scheme makes it the best pack available in the market. Uninor customers in Andhra Pradesh can avail this “Local On Net offer” on an e-recharge of Rs 32 that provides 1000 minutes local Uninor to Uninor calling. A call to other operator subscribers and STD calling is charged as per the subscriber’s base plan.
Speaking on the new scheme, Mr. Dushyan Vaithiyanathan, Executive Vice-President, AP, Uninor said, “At Uninor, constant efforts are made to bring out plans that provide supreme value, world class and affordable mobile telephony services to consumers based on their usage patterns. The new scheme launched today presents cost effective and convenient options for our users in Andhra Pradesh to speak long with their near and dear where price will never be a factor. Apart from this uninor currently has two services with two price plans – a base plan called talklonger@29p and a subscription plan called callmore@29p which is designed for customers who talk longer on their calls. The plan offers customers local calls at 29 paise per minute and STD calls at 49 paise per minute, with a call set up charge of 39 paise for the first minute. Customers can now make calls at the lowest per minute local call rates in the market only on talklonger@29.
Callmore@29p is designed for customers who call more often by offering the lowest per minute local call rates in the market. The plan offers local calls at 29 paise per minute and STD calls at 49 paise per minute, with a daily rental of Rs. 2.00.
