Samsung Epic would be the second smartphone (after HTC Evo 4G) to be equipped with mobile WiMAX connectivity but differentiated by having a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.

Samsung Epic 4G would be version of the Samsung’s latest hit, the Galaxy S. The specification of the two are very similar except for the slide-out QWERTY and WiMAX connectivity options on the Epic 4G.
