MTNL Delhi introduces pay per Second Plan on Garuda RUIM

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL), is going to launch Pay par second tariff on Its Garuda ruim service in Delhi telecom circle. Now from 15 February 2010 mtnl Garuda users will be able to enjoy Benefits of Pay par sec tariff on there existing Prepaid and post paid connections at very nominal charges. With this launch Mtnl Garuda will also be in the row of Par pay per second operators like most of the other Indian Telcos.

For Prepaid users:

Activation charges: Rs. 150
Talktime: Rs. 50
Local & STD On-Net call : 1/2 Paisa Per Second
Local & STD Off-Net call : 1 Paisa Per Second
ISD plus is intact i.e will count in same 60 second plus
MTNL Friends & Family : Free Calls Any 2 Delhi MTNL Numbers
Local On-Net SMS : 10 Paisa
Local Off-Net SMS : 20 Paisa
STD SMS : 50 Paisa Per SMS
Validity: 1 Year

For postpaid users:

Activation charge: Rs 300 ( Excluding tax)
Monthly fixed charges :Rs. 149
Free Call per month :Rs. 99/- ( valid for mtnl to mtnl calling)
Local & STD On-Net call : 1/2 Paisa Per Second
Local & STD Off-Net call : 1 Paisa Per Second
ISD plus is intact i.e will count in same 60 second plus
