Videocon, the GSM Mobile Service providers which is known for unbelievable cheapest packs and plans has slashed its ISD call rates to some popular destinations making an international call even be cheaper than making a local call.
According to Mr. Arvind Bali, Director, Videocon India Ltd, “Videocon Mobile Services with its first-of-its-kind ISD Pack, both for existing and new subscribers, will provide international connectivity at 30 paise a minute. This is cheaper than making a local call.” (more…)

Zero Paisa Per Sec, A television commercial (TVC) of Videocon Mobile which is getting popular day by day has got the power packed visual effects by Visual Computing Labs (VCL), a division of Tata Elxsi Ltd.
The advertisement highlights the death & the resurrection of mobile tariff wars in the country from 1 p/sec to 0 p/sec. The 45 sec TVC is separated into two fractions starting with funeral service organised for 1 per sec taking into consideration to be the last time in the history of tariff war in India.
Funeral ceremony starts by fantasying of burring of human form circled by its family & friends solemnly remembering him. Recently Videocon Mobile Phones has launched its first Android mobile in Indian market the ‘Videocon Zeus’. Currently, the phone runs on Android 1.6 OS but will soon get an update to Android 2.1 Éclair .
The new Videocon Zeus has 3.2 inch capacitive display of 480 x 320 screen resolution with multi-touch support and a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash.
