Vodafone is the operator, which can be classified as an ideal telecom operator for GSM users, specially for those whose major outgoing calls are STD or ISD. The fact behind this statement is, despite being an experienced operator, Vodafone plans in Maharashtra for local calls aren’t much good. It makes sense to buy a vodafone prepaid only if your major calls are going to vodafone customers only, be it local or national.
Inspite of all this, Vodafone is a leading operator in India due to its awesome Ads, be it a zoo zoo or the animated parrot. Vodafone houses some of the best and most popular ads of telecom operators of India.
As far as Network is concerned Vodafone has a 3.5G network in real sense, because it has taken network from BPL Mots>Orange>Hutch>Vodafone. So it makes to call it a 3.5 Generation network. The Call Connecting time of Vodafone is the fastest i have ever experienced, but its call quality didn’t impress me. Airtel is one of the leading operator in Maharashtra circle and the network of Airtel in Maharashtra region stands 100% on its statement i.e. Atoot Bandhan Atoot Network… Be it Mountain, Terrain, Village… Airtel’s network is really good. One can make calls even if you are receiving very weak signal’s contrary To M.T.N.L and some other operators, where calls are not processed even on full Signals/Coverage. The only flaw i found in Airtel is its Time Required to process IR Numbers such as *567#. It Takes a lot of time in processing these requests during Peak Hours…
If you are a person who like new offers and plans every month then Airtel is for you as it keeps introducing new Special Tariff Vouchers ( STV ) and offers, be it VAS , SMS or call offers. There are number of plans for all kind of users like Students, Households, Entrepreneurs. (more…)

Virgin GSM uses the network of Tata Docomo, so it has the same Characteristics Of Docomo’s network But virgin GSM should be congratulated for maintaining its different Identity all together despite using Docomo’s Network.
It Provides Unlimited Internet Access at Just Rs.5 per day through its vbytes apn, which is way cheaper than docomo. Apart from low tariff it doesn’t have the unstability of docomo, yes it is stable and has a Good Speed than Docomo GPRS. The best thing i liked about virgin GSM is, it gives money for Incoming too and offer free recharges with some recharge amounts. Beside this it provides 2000 free sms after 1st sms of Rs. 1 . (more…)

First thing we look in a Telecom operator is the call quality & network coverage. Here in Maharashtra state Reliance GSM provides very good call quality & network coverage. Second thing we consider is affordable & competitive tariffs and at what price sim card is available. Well these days everyone is providing there cards from Rs.10 & so is RIM. As far as tariff is concerned Reliance is better than others.
At present it doesn’t provide cards like Airtel friends in which we can call A2A at just 10p/min, but it provides monthly recharge by which we can call from a particular limit to unlimited FREE reliance to reliance calling . (more…)

Not only the Dive-in portal but the Introduction of its new offers follow Airtel’s footsteps as when Airtel Announced 2 gb free Internet usage with new Connections in Rs. 30 , Tata Docomo also came up with the similar offer in 40rs with 40rs talktime and that was the reason who forced me to purchase a sim of Tata Docomo..
